We enjoyed celebrating Independence Day with some close friends and family on this chilly 55-degree day! It was fun to have BBQ chicken, baked beans, banana splits...and hot apple cider! Samuel got to wave his first flag about and hear us all sing the national anthem.
Because the weather is so different, I think we're going to enjoy coming up with new traditions for our American holidays! Hot apple cider seems like a good addition to me :)
